”I need a refund. The owner never reached out. We waited for a few hours till way past checkin and they never responded. The location was difficult to find. On top of that any call to Expedia customer service lead to Virbo's customer service which ended in an automated response saying my number could not be found. Terrible, terrible experience!”

”Never got there. I paid but I was never able to get there cause I couldn't get a certificate of accomodation. And when I discovered that I was being taken. I couldn't get a refund. So I lost over 900 dollars. They even td me they don't do online bookings. So the website needs to remove their profile.”

”Great staff, nice environment. However too noisy, especially because they have a bar on the fourth floor. Too lousy on the third floor, which I was not aware of.”
