Welcome to our spacious and lovingly furnished vacation home. Our house is located in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city center, yet conveniently close enough that you can easily reach supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities on foot.

The surrounding area is also ideal for bike rides and day trips. Here you’ll find the perfect combination of peace and quiet, privacy, comfort, and a great location.

Private parking and secure bike storage

A private and secure parking space is available for your car right on the property.

If you’re arriving by bike, you can park them in a sheltered and secure area. This allows you to explore the surrounding area by bike in complete relaxation.

Private workspace—also ideal for a workation

If you need to work during your stay, a fully equipped and private workspace is available to you.

The separate workspace offers you peace and privacy and is ideal for business trips, working from home, or a workation. This allows you to combine relaxation with professional obligations.

In addition, we offer a printing service upon request. For example, if you need to print documents, tickets, reservations, or other materials, we’re happy to help.

Your pets are also welcome

Your pets are warmly welcome here. We want the whole family to enjoy their stay—including, of course, your four-legged companions.

A special feature of the house is our large, covered, and furnished terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast in peace, have a cup of coffee, eat outdoors, read, or wind down the day with a glass of wine.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden and, in some directions, the city as well.

The well-maintained garden with its fruit trees offers a pleasant place to unwind, enjoy nature, and escape the daily grind for a while.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare your own meals and plan your day with complete flexibility.A washing machine is also available—especially handy for longer stays or if you’re traveling with children or pets.

If you’d like to dry your laundry, we offer a drying service upon request.

Internet and Entertainment

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

To unwind after an outing or an eventful day, you can use MagentaTV and other streaming services like Netflix and make yourself comfortable.

Comfort for up to four people

The vacation home can accommodate up to four people.

The bedroom features a comfortable 2 x 2-meter box-spring bed. The living room also features a sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 1.40 x 1.90 meters, which can accommodate two additional guests.

The house has a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as an additional guest restroom.

Your privacy—and we live right next door

During your stay, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and independence. The vacation home is, of course, entirely at your disposal.

At the same time, we live right next door. You can enjoy your stay undisturbed while still having the reassuring knowledge that someone is nearby should you need help or encounter an unexpected problem.
