La Jandrine – Charming House with Private Heated Pool and Large Enclosed Garden

What if your next holiday took place here, at La Jandrine, a countryside holiday home with a private pool?



Located 25 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux and Périgueux, and 40 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda, the house is in a hamlet 900 metres from a village with a bakery, a bar, and hiking trails.



The house accommodates 12 guests and a baby cot, distributed over 5 bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine. The spacious and bright 60 m² living room features a stone fireplace, exposed beams, and stone walls. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers and two toilets are available. Baby equipment is provided: travel cot, high chair, bathtub. Wood heating (wood supplied) and oil heating as a supplement. The house is not suitable for very tall people and has steps inside.



The private pool, secured by a fence and alarm, measures 8x4 m (depth 0.90 to 1.70 m) and is open from April to the end of October. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. The 3000 m² enclosed garden offers a hammock, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, fire pit, electric plancha, garden furniture, badminton/volleyball net, table tennis, swing, games, toys, pétanque balls. Two fridge/freezers, washing machine, and dryer are available.



Pets allowed (maximum 2). Smoking is only permitted outside. Wi-Fi is available.



Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. The house must be returned clean and tidy, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will apply. Cleaning is available for an extra fee.



Weekly rentals during school holidays, from Saturday to Saturday. Weekends and short stays possible on request. Bachelor or similar parties are not allowed.
