Welcome to La Jandrine, a charming haven in the Périgord Noir: a stone Périgourdine house with a private pool. Enjoy an authentic and revitalizing stay in the heart of Périgord Noir, in all seasons, in a spacious and warm former barn carefully renovated.
Ideally located 25 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux and Périgueux, and 40 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda, the house is in a quiet hamlet, 900 meters from a village with a bakery, bar, and hiking trails.
The house accommodates 12 guests and a travel cot, distributed over 5 bedrooms, including a mezzanine. The large, bright 60 m² living room features a stone fireplace, beams, and exposed walls. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers and two toilets are available. Baby equipment provided: travel cot, high chair, bathtub. Wood heating (wood supplied) and oil heating as a supplement.
The private pool, secured by a fence and alarm, measures 8x4 m (depth 0.90 to 1.70 m) and is open from April to the end of October. Pool heating is available for an extra charge. The large enclosed 3000 m² garden offers a hammock, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, brazier, electric plancha, garden furniture, badminton/volleyball net, ping-pong table, swing, games, toys, pétanque balls, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, and dryer.
Pets allowed (max. 2). Smoking allowed outdoors only. Wi-Fi available.
Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. The house must be left clean and tidy; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Weekly rentals in summer and during school holidays, Saturday to Saturday. Weekends on request. Bachelor parties or similar events are not allowed.
