”Overall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean. My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day.
