”Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

”This was absolute disaster as we couldnt get there by car and we ended up in the middle of nowhere still waiting for a refund as we had to sleep in our car and never did get to the place wasnt accesble by car at all wouldnt ever recomend thos place should be taken off Expedia as this is a tottal trap !!!!! ”The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there ”

”I don't usually write negative reviews but I had to with this hostel. First off, the staff were great, no complaints there. I never stayed in the dorm area as they were all booked so no comment there. I had a loft style room. The stairs up to it were very steep. I can see someone falling on the way down if they've had a few too many. One of the steps was very rotted out and felt like it may give way any day. ”We loved our stay at Lawka! The location in Lio was great and being in the Kayle Artisano complex gave us access to some fun shops and restaurants. The room was very accommodating and modern. The staff was helpful and having a scooter included with the room is a huge plus. Also a huge shoutout to the Lawka coffee shop. ”Breakfast was limited. Went to eat at 8am and most of customers ate the food early. Not satisfied with the staff. Coffee and fruit cups were out. Needed to ask for the cups and they give me the coffee cup for fruit drinks. Some food were almost emptied. I paid lot of money to enjoy my time off. Hope they can improve next time. ”
