The Space:

A relaxing vacation awaits at this dog-friendly condo in Lincoln City. Up to four guests will enjoy ocean views and easy beach access here!



To get to the beach, just walk a couple blocks and down a flight of stairs. Part of the Sandstone Point property toward the south end of town, you'll enjoy a quiet location with plenty of conveniences close by.



The condo itself has warm wood floors and a modern design. The main room features a futon, a dining table for four, and a flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi are included). An expanded kitchenette offers a way to make quick and easy meals, with a mini-fridge, oven/stove, microwave, and coffee maker.



A queen-size bed in the bedroom guarantees a sound night's sleep, while the full bathroom provides a place to freshen up. In total, four can sleep comfortably in this recently refurbished condo, plus your dogs are welcome along for the fun (please note a small, nightly pet fee).



This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family - head down to the beach for a morning walk, then drive to the nearby outlet malls to find any deals and grab lunch after. You might venture to Devils Lake for a day kayaking on the water.

Not a place to take pets. Getting to the room was a nightmare. Having to take dogs up and down a bunch of stairs is not ideal. They should have a dog leash policy. Ran into alot of off leash dogs and dog poop everywhere. They room was nice and had a beautiful view. Shopping food close. Was hard to find the room off the hwy. Would stay there again with no pets. Except for people leaving their dogs all day to bark and the cable went out do to weather. Tv was not a smart tv so nothing to watch at night. Wasn't exactly what we were hoping for. But it worked and we had a good weekend.

Weird color scuff marks all over walls, sheets still had hair on them, extra blanket was full of sand, fire place stayed on the whole time so the place was super hot, and there were cops searching the property when we first showed up. Would never stay here again.

A good week away

The cleaning is usually done well, but this time it was not on the same level. We picked up a lot of dog hair, it smelled a little too much like wet dog and we found some hair clips underneath the couch. A vacuum hose throughout the place would go a long way. We usually spend a week on the coast every year & many times we've stayed here. Its always very quiet & the location in general is perfect for travel

Rooms dirty

Rooms were not very clean the carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. I was afraid to walk on it without shoes. No remote in our room. Didn't get it until the next day as there is no staff on-site. Over all if you're looking for a budget friendly place next to the beach its worth it.

The apartment has a great view and in quiet an safe. However, there was supposed to be 2 beds. The queen in the bedroom is so soft you sink into the mattress 2-3 inches. It was like sleeping on a I tried the futon in the living room. It bolts together in the middle. The middle bolt was missing so if you moved while sleeping it divides in the middle and dumps you on the floor. I didnt notify management as it took hours

Dolphin room vacation rental

The rental was clean and the view was great. The only complaint I have is that the room I rented at the dolphin section of rentals had the bedroom in the middle of the apartment so it had low ventilation. Other than the room being hot the view was beautiful and the amenities were more than I asked for.

Great space to relax

Booked for a weekend getaway. Great views of the water and a short walk to the beach (be prepared for lots of stairs and a hill). Kitchen was stocked with essentials and the fridge was a dorm style, but large enough to keep groceries. Location was great, and was a short drive to Depoe Bay and area markets. Wifi connection was good for remote work. Photos are a little older as the location has been lived in (futon needs replaced), but was clean and comfortable for the price. Complex could be very loud in the evenings, but was quiet by midnight. Parking was tight so I would suggest parking early for a closer spot. Overall, enjoyed the stay for the price and would stay again.

Not a great room, but the property was ok

I would stay at the property again, just not this room. The windows had no screens and only opened a few inches. The room was a sweat box. The “futon” was awful to sit on and sleep on. And it looks like it’s the same one in all the units, so beware. They count it as a queen size bed. I don’t recommend sleeping on it. The cabinets were so high I could barely reach the glasses and plates. I’m 5’ 9”, so good luck to anyone shorter. The bed in the bedroom was so soft, I would hate to have to share it with another adult. It felt like my butt was on the floor.

Rockhounds place to rest

Great little place to stay. Clean, great view and a short walk to the beach. Can cook food cuz going out for every meal gets a little expensive. Bed was a little to soft for this Goldilocks! Not bad if your sleeping along but with two people it just end up tacoing. 🤣😂

Location Location

Unit is a converted motel(?) with odd space layout. Lots of deferred maintenance. Unit has a full size range but a tiny refrigerator. Bedroom is micosized with bed access from only 1 side. Bathroom layout is horrible with 2 doors and no space by the vanity. I am a large person: my biceps brushed the walls as I shaved. Not a single comfortable chair. The beach is close but there are no stairs and the slope is steep & rocky. Staff was very helpful and there is a nice space to let your pet relieve itself.

Needs some TLC

The bed was possibly the worst bed I ever attempted to sleep in. I say attempted because we ended un sleeping in the futon both nights. The coffee table is breaking so we didn't feel comfortable using it. One of the chairs is breaking so we didn't use it. The bathtub hold water when you are showering so that was uncomfortable. The shower curtain isn't big enough for the shower so water gets out either on the front or the back. The entire place appears to need some serious love put forth. The appliances in the kitchenette we're fine. The cleanliness was fine, a few minor things - not enough to complain about.

excellent ocean view

Small condo with everything we needed to be comfortable and fall asleep to the sound and smell of the ocean. Right off 101 and parking convenient. Lots of towels available and 2 large ones for the beach. Beds were comfortable. This says dog friendly and there were baggies and a food bowl for them, but no lingering animal smells whatsoever.

The view was amazing, liked the size of the fridge/freezer, bathroom was clean. However, I had to finish cleaning my Condo. Looked as if someone left at the end of their shift everything as is and walked out. I had to take out somone else's trash, put toaster and pans that was on the floor in a cabinet randomly to get off the floor, so I could finish sweeping it. I did take pictures as well!

Great place for the price

We wanted a weekend get away but we’re on a very tight budget. This property definitely delivered bang for the buck. My only real complaint would be the bed was obviously dated and the mattress sunk in in the middle. The view from the room was worth it though. It was super nice to have a fireplace and a nice stove to cook on.

So-So

It's fine if you just need a home base and plan on being away during the day to see the sites. View is awesome. No elevator and I was on the top floor. At my age that was VERY difficult so will not rent again. Cupboards with dishes were too high. I could barely reach them. Chairs were rickety and fouton was really uncomfortable for just sitting. TV-couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Couldve used a guide. Shower was COLD in the mornings-suspect it was because too many people shower in the morning. AT night it was fine. Guess the best part for me was the view

Budget & Dog Friendly

Good place to stay if you are looking to visit the coast on a budget. There is no glitz and glam to the property and you can see that things are aged, both exterior and interior, however our room was clean and all we needed for the short weekend. There is a grassy area for dogs however there are numerous steps to get there so if you have a senior pup who doesn't do well on steps, it makes it a bit challenging. Great access to the beach and can't beat the sound of the ocean from your window.
