D Sands 207 is a lovely family suite 15 steps up on the 2nd floor. The climb offers an amazing views from this oceanfront condo's balcony and living room, and the property has easy beach access. 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room gives plenty of space for 6 people, and the full kitchen is stocked with supplies for your convenience. There's cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi provided by the HOA, and we offer access to their pool and spa as well. Book today!

The Space:
D Sands 207 is a lovely family suite 15 steps up on the 2nd floor. The climb offers an amazing views from this oceanfront condo's balcony and living room, and the property has easy beach access. 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room gives plenty of space for 6 people, and the full kitchen is stocked with supplies for your convenience. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

I love how nice and clean it was inside, the views were amazing. Love how the internet was already connected to the tv (my kids like to watch YouTube on tv) only thing I didn’t like was that the shower was stopped up.

The location is great and is the main draw. The murphy bed was comfortable and preferable to a sofa bed. The hot tub was closed during our stay and the pool wasn't particularly warm. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and could see returning.

Excellent Every Time

Dsands was excellent as always. Have been staying here every year for over 20 years! Best view in Lincoln City and right in the heart of town! What's not to love? Highly recommend!

Easy beach access

The overall stay was good. It has a functioning kitchen, but there was only one small pan with many pots. It would have been nice to have at least one more, but we figured it out. If you’re looking for a quiet stay this might not be the place for you. It is an older building and noise travels. It didn’t bother me because I have a family and I am sure we made some noise as well. This is my 2nd stay and the pool and hot tub were out the 1st two days of my trip and then the spa the last day. Last year when I stayed the spa was out the entire trip so I would say there is no predicting if there will be a pool on your visit. Overall we will stay again since it meets all the needs of my family. Thank you again!

Perfect location; would book again

Overall, our experience was good. The location was perfect, and we loved the view from the balcony. It was noisy due to building structure, but we expected this based on other reviews. We had an issue with the bathtub faucet, but it was fixed the same day. It would be nice to have some cleaning supplies for wiping up counter spills, etc. Even though there were signs about not smoking within 10 feet of doors, people on the first level smoked right below us. The smoke came up to our balcony, which ruined the chance for fresh air at the ocean. That's on them though, not the property.

Overall I am very impressed with staying here. The view was gorgeous and I am very surprised with all the people staying there, even kids, at a certain time everyone was respectful and quiet. The bedroom was right off the main highway and you could hear all the traffic and parking was a little tight but overall the beds were pretty comfortable and nice size. Hotel was cleaned and stocked well with towels and toiletries. Nice size condo with friendly staff, will definitely be staying again.

Great location

We stayed during the kite festival. Perfect location and views from the condo. The condo was relatively clean. Furniture is outdated. Couch is old and dirty. Was left an old, dirty sponge in the kitchen to use to wash dishes. Parking is a disaster at full occupancy. However we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again because we love the location.
