O 109, jota hellästi kutsua "merilevää me Rhonda," on yksi harvoista perhesviitit Sea Gypsy. Se on suurempi neliön kuvamateriaalia kuin useimmat kerroksessa Sea Gypsy asunnot. Se voi nukkua jopa seitsemän henkilöä kahden queen-size-vuodetta kahdessa erillisessä makuutilat, sekä queen-size hide-hengen, ja kahden kokoinen vetäytyminen rakkauden paikka.

Kätevä sijainti merilevä Me Rhonda ei voi aliarvioida. Nro 109 istuu pohjakerroksessa, aivan sisäänkäynnin Sea Gypsy n sisätiloissa lämmitetty uima-allas ja sauna. Se on myös yksi lähimpänä rantaa tukiasemat rakennuksessa. Avaa lasi-liukuovet, kävellä muutaman metrin etelä������������������������������������������������������������������������n ja kestää 12 askeleen alas hiekkarannalle.

Tämä huoneisto on täydellinen keittiö valikoima uuni, liesituuletin, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja paljon astioita tehdä suosikki reseptejä. On olemassa kaksi kylpyhuonetta, ylimääräistä kaappitilaa, ylimääräinen jääkaappi makuuhuoneessa ja hide-vuodetta molemmissa makuutilat.

Levät minulle Rhonda sai muodonmuutoksen vuoden 2015 alkupuolella uuden vuodesohva, huonekalut, taidetta ja tuore maalikerros koko sisustus. Silti, mitä asiakkaat todella tullut on jonkin perheen aikaa, lyömätön rannalle ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ulos ikkunasta.

The place has a few "dated" things about it, and some evidence of the effects of salt water on fixtures etc. The bathroom was very clean, many towels available. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen except the frig. I loved the ocean view and ease of getting down to the beach. The restaurant next door is exceptional.

I think the location was fantastic. The actual place needed upgrades very small. I went into a couple other condos that had a different set up which created more space and next year. I’ll probably try to book one of those. There was pros and cons. The pros was it was by the breezeway, which was nice because I didn’t have anybody on the other side and it was close to the pool.

Great size room for the price. The room was a bit worn. You could see areas where the paint had worn off, and the bedroom door didn't close well. But it's nothing a little paint and some adjusting wouldn't fix. The room was very clean and comfortable.

FABULOUS location

When we go to the beach, we want to enjoy the beach. This property is right on the beach, close enough that we could leave our shoes/flipflops and not have to carry them. Great view to watch the sunsets. The accommodations are pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked, containing a coffee pot and toaster. We used the two queen beds and the twin roll away bed and all were very comfortable. We really appreciated the abundance of towels, including separate beach towels. The screen door needs to be repaired as it has many holes in it. However, bugs were not a problem during our visit. We would book this room again if the occasion comes up.

Beach right there

Enjoyed the beach and pool. The only issues we had were the noisy neighbors. They even played ball outside our unit and fell into the sliding glass door several times.

Perfect location for a family gathering at the beach

This was like a walk back in time as our family vacationed regularly at Sea Gypsy when I was a child. Perfect location and ocean view. I am not sure if I missed some information on how to check in but that took a little investigating to figure out. All over a very nice stay. Thank you

Great view! Would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 4 since we were only staying 1 night. We slept well thanks to the nice beds! Great condo, just needs some maintenance in a few spots!

Clean, great location, overall wonderful!

Super easy to book, emailed multiple times before the trip with all the info you could need about checking in and the property itself. Pool is literally 8 steps from the condo and the main stairs to the beach by the condo are damaged and unusable to the right 30 ft is a nice sandy walkway down with logs to sit on right there. Unit was clean with all the basics. Beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Definitely will be staying here again.

Could be great with some TLC

The room could use to be cleaned better. Didn’t use couch pull out because of the sand in bed. Sand on the chairs and floor when we got there. The rooms could use a little TLC. Very noisy even during quiet hours. They had a huge group that had a party in front of our sliding glass doors in the evening. They were standing in groups at our door. Very uncomfortable with them looking in. We rented a beachfront room to enjoy the view which we didn’t have that evening. FYI both the sliding glass door and bedroom window were unlocked when we arrived.

Great beachfront view

This condo has a great beachfront view. We did find it a bit "tight" for a party of 5 adults. A hint to the owner: the blinds in the bedroom need repaired or replaced. We were unable to completely close them and the window of this room is open to lots of traffic to/from the parking lot, the pool, the office, etc.

Great beach stay

This was a wonderful place to stay with our family of five. We loved the convenience of being just steps to the beach AND the pool. The condo was bright and clean and our questions to the management were answered right away. You are close to your neighbors and get traffic in front of the unit going to and coming off the beach - but it really wasn't a bother.

The management were wonderful in attending to the issue.

The place had a foul order that did not invite one to linger there. Once the management became aware of this they refunded our stay and this was very much appreciated. When they replace the rug it will be a great place to stay, right on the beach and easy access to Lincoln city.
