The Space:

Enjoy the lake view from this Devils Lake townhouse's balcony. This family-friendly rental is close to town, but also offers a quiet and relaxing setting. Offering a shared dock on the water and a firepit outside, it's the perfect place for a getaway.



This home is just a few minutes drive to golf, the casino, restaurants, shops, the beach, and more. Take a relaxing stroll in the Friends of the Wildwood Open Space just a short walk to the south. If you'd like to try your hand at any watersport nearby, head to Safari Town Surf Shop, located just a few minutes away. You can rent kayaks, surf boards, stand up paddle boards, and fat tire bikes for the sand.

The smoke detectors were going off like crazy. We changed batteries and they still wouldn't stop. There were dead bugs all over. It was very difficult to get down to the dock. There weren't in our opinion enough bedding for the couch sofa bed.

Perfect cozy place to stay. Right on the lake with a great view. Close enough to whatever you plan to do. Parking was a bit hard at times as there isn’t much room and someone had parked in one of our spots. Overall, I would recommend.

We had a very nice stay. most of our activities were in Newport so it was quite a drive. House was very nice and well kept. Tried to contact the manager about check-in etc., No response never did get to talk to anyone

Nice location on the lake. Lots of stairs to get to shared dock, beds decent comfort, enough kitchen utensils, pots/pans, however need to bring your own oil, keurig cups or coffee, seasonings. Beautiful view of lake from deck. They requested taking shoes off at front door, however our feet got really black. Overall nice stay

Had a great time!

We rented this with friends and had a great time. The lake was beautiful and I enjoyed bringing my stand up paddle board and going around the lake. We made smores around the fire pit, walked to Lincoln city and really enjoyed our time. It was hard to leave to go home.

Thanks for a great experience, our last stay with VACASA was exceedingly poor, place was dirty, and we had very poor communication quality. That was July of 2020. This stay was completely the opposite. This property was very clean, and well stocked. Thank you

Getaway with the grandsons.

Locks need to be re-keyed

All was great with the unit, very clean, well appointed and on that relaxing lake. The only issue I had was getting into the unit on all times attempted to gain entry. The key provided, did not open the locked screen door. It also was very difficult to get in the main door due to key issues. I called and was instructed to use a back up key, which worked for the screen door but not the main door. I finally got the original key to open the main door after several attempts. Other than that, it was a great stay!!!

Nice place overall.

House was very nice. Lake amenities were wonderful. Biggest issue was front door lock stick quite a bit. Clearly a known issue as door lock and know were covered in wd-40. Took 15 minutes to get in house. Called property manager 3 times but never got a person. Also, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and laundry needed tk be folded. Again called property manager but no answer. Nice place overall but we spent a fair amount of time with those chores and also didn't want to leave because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get in.

Great Girls’ Getaway

My best friends and I spent a weekend in the property and it was wonderful! Comfortable for six if you’re ok with sharing beds. Kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed. The weather wasn’t great, so we didn’t explore the outside options. Perfect weekend!
