”I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. ”The AM staff was not friendly or helpful. I asked for some coffee to be made and they made old coffee and just ran it again. They did not get off their butt out of the office for help. This isn’t the first time I have had this experience with this particular staff member. Evening staff has been great and accommodating while being friendly and helpful.
