"Waterfall in Love" is a third-floor oceanfront condo that sleeps five with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and sleeper chair. Two full bathrooms and a stocked kitchen offer comfort and space for families or friends. Enjoy beach access and a game room. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome (fee applies).



The Space:

Waterfall in Love is a cute rustic third floor unit located at Surftides Plaza. This unit has a queen bed in a private bedroom, with a private bathroom. This unit also has a sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair in the living area and another bathroom. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen & flat screen TVs. This unit has a great ocean view, a game room, & laundry facilities.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
