Situated in the Nelscott neighborhood on the ocean side of Highway 101, this home offers solitude and convenience, and the beach is a short walk away. There is room for four cars in the drive way, and please be aware that parking on the street is not allowed in this neighborhood.

On three levels, this home's beautiful, well-appointed interior provides an exquisite environment for thorough enjoyment of the Pacific Ocean backdrop. The living room is cozy and modern with an abundance of natural light. There's a gas fireplace in the living room as well as a flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player. WiFi is available, and the sliding glass doors in this room open to a private deck with ocean views.



The second level is an open-concept design and is comprised of a second living space, the dining room, and the kitchen. This living space features more comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, a sliding glass door to the patio, and a telescope for stargazing. The kitchen provides for smooth traffic flow with two entrances and features all standard appliances, including a dishwasher.



This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home comfortably sleeps six guests. There's a bedroom adjacent to the dining area on the middle floor with a queen-size bed, and on the third floor, there are two master bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. This home also has a washer and dryer.



Lincoln City offers a wide variety of activities and sights. There's an outlet mall and a farmer's market, as well as Chinook Winds Casino. Nature lovers have virtually endless opportunities for hiking in the area or beachcombing along the seven miles of beach Lincoln City is known for. Spyglass Ridge Open Space is under a mile from this rental, and the beach is just a short walk across the street and down some stairs.
