Ocean Rose Cottage on ihana ja tilava kaksikerroksinen rantatalo Lincoln Cityssä, joka on täydellinen perheille tai ystäväryhmille, jotka suunnittelevat lomaa Oregonin rannikolla. Girl Friends

The house was wonderful, clean and a walk away from activity. Myself with sisters and friends of 8 ladies loved the home. There are 3 bedrooms with doors and 2 bedrooms that are open but nice. Both bathrooms are on main floor and one is in the main bedroom. This is an older home with all the nostalgia and us ladies loved it.

Perfect for a large family with enough beds and excellent cleanliness. Nestled in a quiet, secure neighborhood, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and worry-free stay, being close to the beach and all stores. We absolutely loved it!

The house itself is great, 7 of us adults were able to stay here for 10 days without feeling too crowded. The house is an older house and the floors are a bit uneven, kinda reminded us of the enchanted forest 😄 But, the cleanliness of this house was definitely an issue. Upon checking in, I noticed some debris under the kitchen table and in the laundry room that wasn't swept up. I also noticed that the jacuzzi bathtub already had a clump of long hair in the drain, I'm not that picky though. my coworkers/ housemates told me i should complain, I chose not to. But by evening on our first night of 10, we found a problem i couldn't ignore. COCKROACHES Now, let me start with this, some of my coworkers stayed here last year and confirmed it wasn't a problem then, but it most definitely is now. I reached out via email first in the middle of the night and because I hadn't heard back yet, I decided to call them our second day. The lady I spoke to told me that I was the first to ever say anything and acted surprised. I pointed out, I had a hard time believing that they didn't know about the problem because we found a box of a product to kill cockroaches, implying that they were already aware. She requested proof. So that night after work I returned to the rental and was able to get 5 or 6 photos and email them to her. The next morning I called again They looked for a house to move us to, but nothing could accommodate, so we were given a discount to stay But the bugs stayed too

Beach vacation

The location of the property was perfect for the things we did. The property itself is a bit outdated and the floor plan of the upper level should be modified to ensure safer access to the stairs from one of the bedrooms.

Close to beach but dated and dirty - served the purpose

I rented this house to have a family reunion with my older family members. We had selected the house because it had two beds on the main floor which kept the elders from doing stairs. The house is very dated and dirty. I went to the dollar store and picked up cleaning supplies and washed all surfaces. I also ran the dishes through the dishwasher to make sure they were clean. The “kids” room upstairs is where I stayed and when I woke up the next morning to make the bed discovered that the sheets had blood at the foot of the bed; I had to was them and remake the bed. Overall the house served its purpose. Not sure I’d rent this one again but there are limited options when you have older adults with limited mobility.

I love the location of the property. This place was so dirty and the bed was held up by a paint can. Water pressure was horrid in the 2 bathroom out of the master bedroom. It was so dirty the walls cabinets were filthy. The house smelt so bad I went and spent my own vacation money to clean the washer and get cleaning supplies to clean and make the place smell half decent. It smelt like fish was just sitting in the washer and dryer! I’m very disappointed with the amount of money I spent it shouldn’t be being held together by paint cans. I will be calling this was so just not ok.

House has 2 bathrooms. The hot shower in the one bathroom didn't work when we arrived so all 10 of us had to share using the bathroom in the master bedroom. We go on vacation to enjoy ourselves and not to inconvenience each other. I asked for compensation for the shower that didn't work and was deny because they said it was fixed the next day. I would not recommend this old house which everything you touch breaks. There are many other things that broke when we use but not having a second shower was horrible.

Needs cleaning supplies and dish soap

We had a nice visit. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house there was plastic trash on the floors and pubic hair on the floor in the master bathroom. Also for being there for thanksgiving there was no dish soap. This house definitely needs couches for sitting and lounging. The wicker sets were very uncomfortable and made it hard to sit and enjoy a movie as a family because of the hard uncomfortable surfaces

Railings on deck loose, electrical problems in kitchen--outlets can't be used together, need to reboot, oven not really cleaned Plumbing not to code--probably done by non plumber Kids room no plug in and curtain rod falls Beds slept well Kitchen needs more organization, grill, glasses Close to beach but did not know cars can drive down there

If I could give 0 stars I would

First thoughts of the house, it was cute. However I wished I had read some reviews and paid the extra $20 a night to stay elsewhere. The house is on a slope, yes the whole inside is sloped, makes walking awkward to say the least, especially up and down the stairs for kids. You can not run any appliances at the same time, without it blowing the fuse. The washer and dryer also cause power surges when using. The jacuzzi tub was nice, but using that also blows the fuse. How the city allows this house to be a rental is beyond me (it is a fire hazard) Both the front door and side door blow open with the wind if the deadbolts are not locked, the knobs do not work, by the looks of the broken door jams I would guess this house has been broken into numerous times. (Does not give the feeling of safety) While the house itself was clean, the cracks in the walls and ceiling make it look unpleasant. And the heat, the big room upstairs (besides the broken bed and stained carpets) has no heat. I’m sure in the summer it’s fine, but not when it’s 35 outside. The location was great but not worth the money we paid..

A great place

We drove about 6hrs to get to this place and it’s was an amazing home. Clean, everything you need is there but one thing that’s was missing was a BBQ. But other then that I was great! They kids had an amazing time
