Blue Door Retreat was built in 2024 for beach trips with family and friends—plenty of room to spread out, great spaces to gather, and enough to do that a rainy day at the coast can be just as fun as a sunny one.

The heart of the house is upstairs, where the vaulted great room, kitchen and dining area open onto the wraparound deck. Big windows bring in tons of light and glimpses of the ocean, and the 77” OLED TV with surround sound makes this a pretty great spot for movie nights or watching the game.

The kitchen is large enough for several people to cook together, with a big island and plenty of room for everyone to gather around. Step outside and you’ll find the gas BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge space, plus the private hot tub on the upper deck—the perfect place to end the day after walking the beach.

Downstairs is where the kids (and plenty of adults) tend to disappear. The garage game room has ping pong, foosball and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade with 14 classic games. There’s also a 65” OLED TV downstairs, giving everyone another place to hang out.

Blue Door has three bedrooms plus a dedicated bunk room and three full bathrooms. The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a large dual-head shower, and direct access to the deck. The bunk room has four Twin XL beds, each with its own reading light, charging outlet and phone shelf—so it works just as well for teenagers and adults as it does for kids.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard makes traveling with dogs easier, and the covered lower patio, fire pit and outdoor shower are especially handy after a day at the beach. And the beach really is close—about a 3–4 minute walk from the house.
