  • Cozy two bedroom condo across from Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH. Sleeps 6 with a gas fireplace, a deck with mountain views, and full access to the Village of Loon Swim Club. Perfect for fall foliage, ski trips, summer hiking, and relaxed White Mountains weekends.

    Enjoy a drink on the deck or settle into the sectional with a good book. You're right across the Kanc from the base of Loon Mountain and minutes from restaurants, wineries, breweries, and local attractions. Whether you visit for fall colors, ski season, or summer, this place has what you need.

    THE SPACE
    You enter through a mudroom with a bench and hooks for coats, boots, and gear. A few steps up is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with tall ceilings, big windows, a gas fireplace, a 55" Roku smart TV, a sectional sofa, and seating for 6. The deck faces the mountain.

    Downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, bamboo sheets, a 32" Roku smart TV, a full bath, and a small private porch. The washer and dryer are on this level too. Upstairs, a renovated, nearly enclosed loft has a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a small desk for remote work. It works well for kids, friends, or extra guests.

    Please note, the top bunk has a weight limit of 175 lbs.

    VILLAGE OF LOON SWIM CLUB
    Your stay includes access to the Swim Club, with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (three outside), a sauna, an exercise room, a game room, and tennis court access. Hours and availability vary by season. In winter, a free shuttle runs to Loon Mountain on weekends and holidays.

    Mini split AC and heat in every room. Fast WiFi (355 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Free parking for 2 vehicles.

    GOOD TO KNOW
    This condo is split level, with stairs to enter and to move between floors. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the condo or on the decks. No parties or events, strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Wonderful place to stay with kids. Having access to nearby indoor pools was great for rainy weather and having laundry in unit was so helpful. The place was clean and had everything you need for a mini vacay away from home. Tyler and Lydia were lovely to communicate with and we would highly recommend for your next getaway!

Its a cute little condo! Everything was perfect for me, my husband and two kids! We enjoyed everything about staying here and the porch was the best for me with my morning coffee and the little stream running outside!

This cozy condo was perfect for our 4 night trip to the White Mountains with our 3 children. The location was perfect- it was directly across the street from Loon Mountain and a 5 min drive to restaurants and shopping. Everything was as described and very well-stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay. One of our favorite condos we've stayed in. The Hosts were responsive and the condo was clean and comfortable. The split units made the temperature good, the beds were comfy. Plenty of sitting room on the couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the washer dryer in the bathroom. Front door had a deadbolt and one slider had a bar. Carbon monoxide detector was something i was happy to see they had, otherwise i wouldve brought one. There's a cute flowing creek you can see off the back slider and at night we saw fireflies by it. We loved being almost directly across from Loon Mountain. Would definitely go back and we recommend it to others!

Close to the mountain and town .Host was great with communication. Even had coffe bar and keurig for people who forgot to bring coffee.

Weekend ski trip

This house was great for a weekend ski trip for our family. We had plenty of space and a good family area to hang out. It was in a location we’ve stayed before and liked. Having that shuttle to/from the mountain is great.

Great location and beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, and the owners were great at communicating with any questions we had. The beds were super comfortable as well! The condo is so close to the trails and has beautiful scenery.

Rejuvenation time!

Wonderful clean, comfy condo close to hiking, biking, stream/rock climbing, great restaurants, and beautiful views! The pool area was fantastic… having both indoor and outdoor options for those rainy days! We highly recommend!

Great stay!

This condo across the street from Loon Mountain was perfectly located for a few days of skiing. The location was also convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Comfortable beds. We appreciated the owner checking in during our stay.

Good location and clean property

Can’t beat the location right outside of town and across the street from Loon. A nice, clean place but clearly very lived in. The complex pool and fitness center were in truly rough shape and we recommend avoiding both.

This is the 3rd year our family has stayed in a condo on Loon mountain and this was the nicest property we have found. The owners were very thoughtful and provided coffee and sweetener, and even laundry detergent! (Yes this made me very happy as I had spilled takeout all over myself on the drive to Lincoln.)

Perfect house for a friends weekend!

This is our third time staying at this house and we can’t recommend it more ! The communication with Tyler & Lydia is always so easy and thorough. The house is cute and cozy and has everything you could need. We’ll definitely continue to rent from them!

Perfect Ski Haven

Stayed with my wife, infant son, and a few friends. As close as you can get to the mountain without being on the mountain. Place was charming and clean. Host was very communicative answering questions and requests. Well stocked kitchen plenty of room for ski gear.
