Cheerful 4 room house

This is a great rental for travelers looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay. Also a great rental for work-related travel.

The space
2 rooms upstairs (one full-size bed, one queen-size bed).
2 rooms on lower level (one full-size bed, one queen-size bed; these are adjoining rooms but separate sleeping spaces)
1 sofa sleeper on lower level (full-size, firm)
1 bathroom with shower/tub upstairs, 1 bathroom with shower downstairs.

There's usually enough space for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway. Street parking is an option. We have a limit of 4 vehicles per group.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to a fenced-in yard which can be accessed through a side gate.

Guests do not currently have access to these areas: laundry/storage room in basement, and the attached garage. These rooms are used for host storage of tools, hardware and supplies.

Guests staying 14 days or longer may request limited access to the laundry room.
Other things to note
We have security cameras on the property (outdoor only). We monitor entrances for safety reasons, and we want to ensure visitors are being respectful of our neighbors.

Guests must respect quiet hours, house rules and to place their trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins.

House rules include:
- no partying
- no smoking
- no pets
- no firearms
- observe quiet hours

Note: the thermostat is managed remotely by the host. However, guests may easily request changes to temperature by sending a text or messaging via the Vrbo platform.
