*Due to our proximity to downtown, you can hear the train that goes through town. We live in the home next to the garage, and the train does not wake us up at night.

*We welcome families to enjoy our space, but due to the open stairs, we do not recommend children under 3.

*PET POLICY:
• Pet Fee: $15 per night.
• Immediately inform the host if your dog has an accident so it can be cleaned promptly and properly.
• All dog waste must be picked up promptly and disposed of in the garbage can located in the back alley behind the fence.
• If you leave the property at any time during your stay, your dog must be securely crated.

A fee of $10 per hour will be charged for late check-outs

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Park on the left side of the driveway (or park on the street) and walk on the stone path left of the garage apartment and through the open gate. Please keep this gate open. You will enter through the back door, where you'll find a coded lock. Your host will send you the code in advance of your stay. Sometimes the door needs to be held shut when locking it from the outside.

WHEN YOU CHECKOUT:
-Put all used towels in the bathtub.
-Throw away all garbage (We will take it out).
-Clean and put away all dirty dishes.
-Turn off all lights.
-Notify host of your departure
