Guests will have a private room and will have access to all the amenities in and around the complex including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, rear deck looking in to the Pemigewasset river and Loon mountain South Peak.

Lots of wonderful things to do and see. Great Restaurants within walking distance. The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire. Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter`

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.

Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
