Pollard Brook - Multiple Pools and Amenities!

Located in White Mountain National Forest, this resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, and free Wi-Fi. Brand new in 2022, the resort added a huge outdoor hot tub, doubling the size of the recent one. New indoor hot tub and pool area, as well as a new state of the art Movie Theater, which comes with scheduled events all week long! Enjoy Live Music, Family Movies and much more. This resort has a full activities department, so no matter what there is, there is always something to do!

THE SPACE

This property offers an excellent location, right off Kancamagus Highway, but tucked away on a mountainside across from Loon Mountain. Pollard Brook is one of New Hampshire’s best condominium resorts, conveniently located near the charming town of Lincoln, but also bordering 750,000 acres of the White Mountain National Forest so close to the many hiking trails and parks along the highway.

This 1BR/1BA unit has a full Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, and Blender. The Living Room and Dining area has Sleeper Sofa and / or Murphy Bed with Queen mattress and a Dining Table with seating for 4, along with a Fireplace. The Master bedroom has a King size bed.

There is a sliding door access in the Living Room to the outdoor balcony, furnished with 2-chairs and a small side table. Enjoy your private balcony while drinking your coffee in the morning or enjoying a beverage of choice in the evening.

There is no elevator access, however for this specific unit you can enter thru the Lobby, use back door, and then only about 4 steps to the floor your unit is located on.

One of the outstanding features of this property is that it is loaded with many amenities that couples or families will enjoy. Spacious Indoor and Outdoor pools, Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tubs, Gym, and Sauna. This property also has a Playground, Basketball, Tennis, and Volleyball courts, Fire Pit areas and Charcoal Grills with picnic benches.

GUEST ACCESS

Your unit is private, but since this is a large Resort property, amenities will be shared with other guests (Pools, Hot Tubs, Gym, Indoor and Outdoor Games and Activities, etc).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in.

- Any security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Pollard Brook Resorts is professionally managed. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- There is 1 FREE parking spot that comes with this unit (at no additional cost).

- If you need extra parking for an additional vehicle, you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. However, if you need additional items for bedding, pillows, or blankets / comforters during your stay, please bring your own, or you may contact the Front Desk. Although basic bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, I highly recommend you bring some of your own if your family members have their own favorite pillows or blankets.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. However, if you do not bring your own the Front Desk can and does provide linens and blankets for the Sleeper Sofa.

- Toilet paper, trash bags, Soap for the Dishwasher, etc are all provided. If you need more during your stay you can contact the Front Desk and they can provide them, or can be picked up locally.

- There are stores conveniently located within a few minutes from the facility if you want to shop for any groceries or personal items you want during your stay.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, your unit will have a vacuum, broom, and dustpan to use if you wanted it. A coin operated Laundry with Washers and Dryers are also available in a utility room on the property. Current fees are $2 per Washer / Dryer Load.

- If you do not want to wash your own Bath towels during the week, you can schedule a Towel Exchange with the Front Desk. There will be a white magnet on the inside of your door. When you want a Towel Exchange just place the white magnet on the outside of the door before 11am, and Housekeeping will replace all towels and remove trash. Or if you want adhoc service, or just want trash removed, you can call the Front Desk and they will arrange.

- There are Charcoal barbeque grills on the property for Guest use.
