The Kancamagus is a newly renovated two-bedroom apartment (Summer 2024), located on the second floor of the main red house at Pemi Cabins. Accessed via a large deck on the left-hand side of the property, this spacious unit blends comfort and convenience, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

The cabin accommodates up to four guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

Two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a Helix-branded queen-sized hospitality mattress and fresh linens.

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

The living area features a couch, a large built-in bookcase, and a 55" smart TV. The Kancamagus is equipped with heating for year-round comfort and window air conditioning units to keep cool in the summer months. Guests also enjoy direct access to a large second-floor deck with outdoor seating and a propane grill.

**Kitchen:**

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
