”The Giddings Executive Inn is an old Inn but owners have clean room, but no amenities such as paper tissues; no breakfast served; no white fluffy towels. Outside is very dated and not the best condition. Jay, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and cordial. The Inn was very busy with out-of-town workers but they were exceptionally quiet. ”

Perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and connecting with nature and with yourself or your partner on a deeper level. I hope to return soon. Nigel was a wonderful host. If I had to describe FlopHouze Hotel in one word, it would be magical. We loved it.”

”This is the most charming property. I stayed in the main house in a beautiful room on the ground floor. Everything is so well maintained, you feel as if you are living in your own lovely farmhouse. The owners have thought of everything - from the honor bar where you can grab a seltzer water or a snack to the delicious coffee you can make to kick off your day. I also love the pool area! Loved it all -- and can't wait to go back! ”

”The lady at the front desk was really patient with me .. I had just drove in from Illinois to Texas and was exhausted and not as friendly as I normally was because I paid on line then get in there and they say I owe 100 more for deposit and that was not mentioned on line and should have been and should have also been taken on line same time as well and I took it out on her and I apologize it’s not your fault I was sleep deprived and not so nice my apologies and she was so so sweet and respectful...

”We didn't use the pool but people.were using it. They did not allow pets. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly and even got us a first floor room. It was a handicap room which was okay. The only issue I had is I dropped my phone and had to move the bed so cleaning staff need to check the floor under headboard dust and dead crickets.”

”The Manager and staff were excellent, the hotel was clean. The owners are obviously not putting any money back into the hotel, not considering upgrades, basic maintenance is not being addressed. Again I was pleasantly impressed with the manager and his staff, if it weren't for them I would have rated it 1 star!!”
