”Staff at Cullars Inn didn’t want to approve my reservation, I was forced to place a call to Expedia. Room needs upgrades. ”

”We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. ”

”Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. ”

”The first room I was sent to the door did not work and I could not get in where you put in the key was sent. I was moved to the room next-door, which had trash in the bathroom trashcan from the previous person and broken in half soap on the counter. They advertise free breakfast on Expedia and in the email confirmation I got. They had a breakfast area as well but they told me they don’t serve breakfast anymore. The odor of marijuana in the hallways is horrible.”
