”Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. ”

”We have stayed lots of places in midcoast Maine and this was our favorite! It is such a peaceful part of the lake - the stars at night were unbelievable, as was the chorus of loons! We really loving taking the kayaks out. The house is super cute and with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and some amenities you don't always find in similar places - we particularly appreciated the well water and washer dryer! ”We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy lakefront home. It was the perfect size for just the two of us—small, but comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was very clean and well-kept, and the owner was excellent with communication, making everything simple and stress-free. ”A wonderful property. Not huge but a great size for 2 people! The view was terrific (saw seals we believe just beyond the sandbar at almost every tide opportunity in addition to the birds at the shore - the woodchuck and the squirrel at times in the backyard). Amenities were great - appliances, furnishing, wireless & TV. The hosts were wonderful, great communication and some hints on local options. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property.”
