”If you're looking for a real home away from home this property is your answer. The hosts were lovely, the beds incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and being so close to the lake was incredible. We woke up to a deer in the backyard and enjoyed breakfasts and Dinners on the covered patio which was so perfect since it decided to rain most of our trip. Everything was easy as you'd hope your stay to be. We'd love to come back and enjoy a bit of a longer stay next time. ”

The house is well equiped for entertaining with a stunning outdoor sitting area. And fantastic kitchen dining area. With a tone of history anf character. We will be booking it every year.”

”We stayed at this beautiful place with a few friends on David Guetta’s concert night in Abbotsford. Everything was great. Some of our other friends couldn’t find a place to stay in town and Oscar was so kind to offer accommodating additional guests free of charge. Looking forward to coming back there for another gathering.”

”Our family and another family stayed to celebrate our wedding. We had enough room for the kids and puppies to play. A well stocked kitchen to cook meals and a lovely outdoor sitting area. The quiet countryside was breathtaking and the house was large! We don’t even use all of the bedrooms. ”

”Very nice, updated, roomy, clean house with a well equipped kitchen. All in all, everything was as expected. The host even put out some Christmas decorations! Regarding the beds, I would prefer to have a top sheet (flat sheet). All the beds in the house had the fitted sheet covering the mattress and then only a duvet as the cover. The house is on a busy street (bus line), so we used a fan to drown out the noise. Would definitely stay again, though. Thank you!”

”Our stay was awesome. The owner was easily available for any questions we had. We were staying in town for a celebration of life and it gave our 3 out of town families with children lots of space and a great living room and dining room to gather in. The bedrooms were huge and the beds very comfortable. The kids thought it was fun to be up in the bedrooms on the top floor. Beautiful bathrooms. Lots of parking behind the house and a gate to the entire property that we could close and lock. Short...
