A peaceful retreat at Elodie & Aurélien’s – Bed and Breakfast
Enjoy a stay in a fully renovated 11 m² guest room, perfect for both business trips and a relaxing weekend getaway.
The room features a comfortable double bed and is located in the main house, within a dedicated area that includes three guest rooms. A bathroom and toilet are shared with other guests. Sheets and towels are provided.
You’ll have access to common areas, including a cozy living room where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a kitchen where you can prepare or reheat your meals in the microwave or oven. Coffee and tea are provided in the morning and throughout the day.
The common areas are shared with other guests; the presence of other occupants may result in some noise.
During your stay, you can also enjoy the entire garden with its pond, outdoor chairs, garden table, swing, and hammock—all provided for moments of relaxation in complete tranquility.
Private parking is available, with spaces marked with the names of the accommodations.

We are located 15 km from the Auxerre train station and 28 km from the Joigny train station.
In Auxerre, you can rent a car from Avis-Auxerre Train Station at 03 86 46 83 47, which is right across from the train station. You can find an Uber in the area, or if needed, we can pick you up if possible.
Lindry is a small rural village 15 km from Auxerre. There you’ll find a Proxi Marché open Monday through Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There’s also a kebab shop (03 86 18 19 76) open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, in the evening from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You’ll also find a post office and a hair salon there.
If you’re in the mood for a wellness massage… “L’INSTANT D’UN VOYAGE” (relaxation therapist (03 86 47 04 13) offers its services at its spa or at “La Chambre au Calme.”
In BLEURY, 5 km away, you’ll find a bakery called “La Baguette Dorée” ( (09 83 95 37 06).

** ST GEORGES SUR BAULCHE, 11 km away, is a small town adjacent to Auxerre where you’ll find a bi1 supermarket, a pharmacy, and two banks.
** AUXERRE, 14 km away, features various parks—including the Arbre Sec along the waterfront—as well as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, St. Eusebius Church, the Natural History Museum, not to mention its covered markets on Tuesday and Friday mornings at Place de l’Arquebuse, and its 15th-century Clock Tower right in the heart of downtown.
** AILLANT SUR THOLON, 10 km away—a small country village on the opposite side of Auxerre—also features a Bi1 supermarket with a pharmacy and a NOVA VISION optician across the street (03 86 56 44 07), two bakeries, a butcher shop, a florist, three banks, a pizzeria, a kebab shop, a tobacco shop, a lovely mineral shop called “LABELAME” ( (06 89 74 32 00), two beauty salons—“BELLE ET ZEN” ( (03 86 62 34 27) and “L’ÉLIXIR” ( (06 43 19 58 94)—a Cavavin shop ( (09 86 79 78 22), as the name suggests, and a medical center.
** TOUCY, located 15 km away in the heart of the Puisaye region, is a beautiful little town in the countryside—it is even the birthplace of PIERRE LAROUSSE. It features a large Saturday morning market, voted the most beautiful market in Burgundy in 2018 and 2019 by TF1. Its 15th- and 16th-century fortified church stands alongside brick and half-timbered houses. Its pond located at the LE FOULON outdoor recreation center, its discovery hikes and art galleries, and its many restaurants. Not to mention its tourist train with a 34-km route.
**ST SAUVEUR EN PUISAYE, 30 km away, home to the Colette Museum. Dedicated to the famous author and novelist, the museum houses her entire body of work. You can visit her house and garden there.
** TREGNY, 32 km away, is home to THE ONE-OF-A-KIND CHÂTEAU DE GUEDELON

At the Bois de la Folie park in Treigny, you can enjoy a tree-top adventure course, and not far from there, the flora and fauna—along with 400 animals—await you at Boutissaint Park.
At the Bailly la Pierre winery in St-Bris le Vineux, enjoy a tour and tasting of Crémant de Bourgogne (a regional specialty) as well as Chablis and its famous white wines.
