Vieraat varmasti nauttivat ikimuistoisesta lomasta tässä perheystävällisessä, täysin kalustetussa, 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen kodissa. Maaseutukodimme olisi myös hiljainen, kodillinen tila vastuulliselle henkilölle / väliaikaisesti alueella työskenteleville. Pää- / makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, kun taas 1 jäljellä olevassa huoneessa on täysikokoinen sänky (t), joka on mukava nukkua 4/5 hengelle.  Olohuone on sisustettu uudella sohvalla ja loveseatilla ja 42 "taulutelevisiolla. Meillä on Hughes Net Internet. Keittiö on täysin kalustettu ja siinä on ruokasali, johon mahtuu 6 vierasta. Kodissamme on myös suora TV, pesutupa ja grilli suurella etukannella. Pihalla on tilaa lapsille pyöräillen.

Tässä on pieni historiani .... Perheeni on omistanut tämän kiinteistön monien vuosien ajan ja ostin sen setältäni 90-luvun puolivälissä. Olen rakastanut rauhallista ilmapiiriä, jota tällä alueella on tarjota. Olen nauttinut monien vuosien bassokalastuksesta Wedowee-järvellä ja voin antaa retkiä / neuvoja tarvittaessa. Äskettäin naimisissa / muuttaneet ja haluamme jakaa tämän rauhan ja hiljaisuuden muiden kanssa.

Wedowee-järvi (R. L. Harris Reservoir) on yksi kaakkoisimmista järvistä ja on loistava paikka kalastukseen, veneilyyn, melontaan, metsästykseen ja rentoutumiseen. Talomme on vain 8 kilometrin päässä Wedowee kaupungista (itään Hwy 48: llä) ja 8 mailin päässä Linevillestä (West Hwy 48), joka tarjoaa molemmat muutamia ravintoloita, ruokakauppoja ja ystävällisiä ihmisiä. Roanoke on vain 15 mailia, ja Wal-Mart ja uusi sairaala avataan syksyllä 2017. Tämä ominaisuus on noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Cheaha State Parkista ja 35 minuutin päässä Talladega Superspeedwayltä. Se sijaitsee myös 5 minuutin päässä Piemonte Bird Sanctuary-, Alabaman kultakaivos- ja Antiquing Trails -kaupoista! Tervetuloa ja nauti!

This property has a ton of space and a homey feel. Everything inside was clean, just the outside of the house had a lot of build-up from dirt and bugs, and the porch had a lot of dry-rotting. Aside from some dogs down the road, the location is good and just far enough from Lineville. Communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive and attentive to any needs we had.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and would so totally stay here again. Linny Bo’s restaurant is located 5 mins from the property and is the best food I had while I was there. Very nice and quite area and is big enough for a friend group or a family

Excellent location for heading to outdoor activities in the area. Home is generously sized for families. Host was easy to contact and has family nearby should anything pop up. Rural setting but with all the basic services nearby.

Checkin was easy and we any questions were very promptly. We had no issues while staying and were very comfortable. It’s not a high traffic area so it was nice and quiet.

We took a trip from North Georgia to do some rabbit hunting and the house had everything we needed. From having the little things that we forgot like cups to having a washer and dryer to use for our hunting clothes. We will definitely be booking it again.

Quiet country setting that we love as a family. We stayed here from Nov 20th - 25th and it was really great. It was centrally located between all our family members which made it so easy to visit with as many as possible. The home was clean and stocked with all essentials. Host was very easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to stay here again.

The property is advertised and priced well. It suited our needs with showers, kitchen, and comfortable beds to sleep in. It is a quick drive to Lake Wedowee and all that little lakeside community has to offer.

The owners were in contact and made the check-in/check-out process easy. As for the home it was very clean and well stocked as listed. The front porch was nice sitting outside and using the propane grill. The bedrooms were nice size with very comfortable beds. My daughter really enjoyed to Huge bath tub in the master bath. The home is located about a 20 minute ride from some larger cities but there is a nice restaurant just 5 minutes away. A few gas stations and dollar generals close as well. We came down for the race and it was nice to come back here and settle down after all the action of the day. I hope to be back next spring.

I booked Mr. Davis house for my fiance and his friend to get a away on a guys trip, some issue arose with the dates I booked and Kenney was more than willing to change the dates so they were still able to go. Thank you so much.. My fiance and his friend had a super awesome time. They did a little site seeing but mainly went gem stone and gold mining!! They brought back alot of cool gems and some gold. They said they are gonna try to make this a yearly guys getaway. Thanks again Kenny for helping being felxible when they couldn make the original dates.

We made some great memories staying in this beautiful house. It was bigger than our actual house with lots of room for my kids to play outside. It was a perfect location for visiting our family and visiting Cheaha State park. Kenny was a wonderful host!

Me and my brother and my cousin rented this property for a fishing trip to Lake Wedowee. It was a very nice and clean place and very comfortable. We had two bass boats and trucks parked and had plenty of room. The owner of the property was very nice to talk to and deal with on renting the property. I highly recommend this property.

The home is spacious and had a surface clean. I enjoyed the stay despite the critter living in the attic/ceiling that can be heard rustling around at nigh. I would stay again, however I highly suggest investing in nice towels, bed linens, and a good set of pots & pans. The towels & washcloths are old and very worn. The bed linens used on our beds had bleach stains and were torn. The bed comforter in the master bedroom also had a yellowish ring on the inside cover.

GREAT SPACIOUS HOUSE COULD EASILY SLEEP 8 PEOPLE. HOUSE WAS ,.CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, HAD ONE MINOR PROBLEM WHICH WAS RESOLVED INSTANTLY. WILL TRY TO BOOK AGAIN ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO ALABAMA.
