”I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

”We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case.
