- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 25 m² swimming pool (heated and shared with the condominiums), open from April to October. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are shared with the residence. Open from mid-December to mid-September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- A 9 m² east-facing terrace with dining area to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Linguizzetta, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
