”Perfect Hotel for our stay at Snowbird. Quick and easy 100m walk to the base lodge which made us stay so much easier. Really nice and helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna for afterwards. Less fancy than neighboring and sister Cliffs hotel but an easy ride over to use the amenities. ”

”Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. Reported it, they send a technician problem still persisted. I guess if you dont use a car in Utah and dont take...

”As with many properties these days since Covid, the servicing of the room is very poor. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership...
