”An okay place to stay for a night. The room was comfortable but definitely looked like it had received minimal upkeep over the years. The shower water smelled a bit sulfuric and wouldn’t stay warm/hot. It was fine just for one night but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer since the amenities were a bit lacking, which is not too surprising given it is a small motel in the mountains. One plus is the property manager was very kind and welcoming. ”

”We had a wonderful four-night stay! I was pleasantly surprised to find the cabin so fully equipped. There was coffee, tea, creamers, dishes, pots and pans, aluminum foil, a s’mores kit, bug repellent, three bundles of firewood, and so many other thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. ”The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day.
