”I gave it 3 stars on staff because this is a hotel that operates essentially without staff. They email you a key code to get into your room, but there is no front desk and no visible staff on sight. I’m sure this is why their prices even while the rooms are nice.”

”Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!”

”The guys at the front desk were very helpful and personable. Lobby is small but very pretty and the breakfast area was clean with a good selection of food items. The downside is that the room was chilly so I turned up the thermostat and went to dinner and when we came back it hadn't warmed up at all. Front desk said that the thermostats don't work and that every room is either on heat or air and it was already on air conditioning the first weekend in May! He offered us a portable heater or...

Our only complaint was the hot tub and indoor pool were under maintenance and not available to use. We purposely booked this hotel for the hot tub. My husband is recovering from surgeries and we thought it would be theraputic for him. We booked our stay with Expedia and there was no mention of the hot tub being unavailable. ”The hotel check in went very smoothly and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful with questions about local attractions and restaurants and the breakfast was excellent, with a full selection of well prepared foods and to order omelets. The entrance to the hotel is well maintained and the interior furnishings are excellent. We had a very pleasurable and relaxing time there and I highly recommend this location.”
