”Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older”

”Uusi hotelli. Siisti. Etäisyys kaupunkiin Sydney n 40 min bussilla.”

”The rooms were huge. We stayed in an ocean view room with our two 6ft teenage boys and had plenty of room. Queen beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage for the 4 of us. A generous sized fridge to keep plenty of snacks for our teenagers. Great size balcony overlooking the ocean and a tavern directly below with lots on the menu to choose from and reasonable prices. Fabulous location!”

”I booked two nights, I checked in, but I have chosen not to stay unfortunately.”

”The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)”

”friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking”

Note that the water view villas have stairs, so not suitable for someone who cannot climb stairs, but really nice otherwise.”

”Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money.”

”It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower”

”Very comfortable room close to transport”

”Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. We raised our concerns but were simply told, "We are fully booked and can't change your...

”Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks”
