It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 70 m² living room with wood-burning stove (wood provided), TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- An 8x4m swimming pool (private and heated), open from 1 June until 31 October. It is secured by an electric cover and an alarm.
- An enclosed, private, south-facing 600 m² garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace around the pool

The house is ideally located in Lion-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
