”Well, first of all the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and not very informative about places to eat. The hallways were dirty. The room was dirty. The toilet didn’t work. It was extremely loud in our room. We heard everyone else I could hear TVs from other rooms people walking by all through the night. The walls were paper thin also the breakfast was horrible just bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee. Do not go there.”

”I had no towels when I checked in my AC didn’t work. My bed was not properly made. I had no soap in the shower no hand soap no nothing. I am very dissatisfied with this stay. And the food was absolutely cold this morning.”

”We booked a suite room with Jetted tub (2 queen beds) at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kingsland through Expedia like 5 weeks prior to our actual staying dates. We were on our way there and gave a call to the hotel to let them know what time we would be there. The front desk lady said that our room was no longer available due to it wasn’t booked through them but third party Expedia. She said she would provide us a regular 2 double bed room. Can you imagine the hotel was quiet for whole 5...

”No front desk person and requiring check-in through a kiosk with poor speakers and foreigners that switched out three times because of poor communication, made it difficult. The room smelled heavily of smoke, and the linens were dirty.”

”The room was disgusting. It had used soap bars in the shower that also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in months. The room smelled so musty/moldy and everything felt damp. The floor had a soft spot on it near the a/c unit. We needed to switch to a different room which was not much better but at least looked clean(er) and like the bed had been made. It still smelled and we all woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses from the mold I assume. We would have left the hotel had it...

”Pro: can’t be the price. The room was good for a overnight highway stop. They also accept pets, which was helpful and have parking on site. Cons: the lobby and stairs were smelly, but the room itself was fine. ”
