âI was really disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. On arrival the front desk was empty for at least 20 minutes while I waited to check in. My linens were dirty and the carpet was musty and stained. I asked for clean linens and was handed sheets. I remade my bed leaving the dirty linens on the floor. âWe arrived early but the room wasn't quite ready yet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were still allowed to utilize the amenities, despite being early, which we were incredibly grateful for!
