"We spent three nights here and liked the stay very much. We had a room with mountain view and the views are absolutely stunning! Spa is also very good with inside and outside pools. Would definately recommed this Hotel for anyone!"

"The hotel is nice abd rooms clean. The only thing was that the bed is terrible. I read earlier some comments about their beds, but did not think it could be this bad. Did not have a good sleep in this hotel. I was still awake at 4am.. Safety box was not working and they did not come to fix it even ..."

"The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. ..."
