My husband and I stayed in a suite for 3 days. The apartment was cozy and nice, suitable for two adults and could imagine it would suit well for someone travelling with a child or two. For us the location was perfect as it was not too noisy and we could walk everywhere. Lounge was nice and we enjoyed our lunch after a long flight. Not too much day light in the apartment but that didn't bother us. Bed was average for us. For some reason there was only 1 wine glass, 1 champagne glass and 1 drinking glass in the kitchenette and no proper plates to eat food if you wish to cook. Coffee machine was a plus. Thumbs up for the personnel! They were very helpful and kind, even when we had to leave earlier than what was planned originally.

Minusta loistava hotelli, keittiössä kaikki aamupalan tekemistä varten ja miksein päiväliseenkin. Mukava ympäristö, taksi tolppa 100m, pankkiautomaatti 100m, kauppa 100m ja jos huikoplaa haluu niin Mäkki 150m päässä. Loistava netti ja suihkun paine hyvä, ammekkin löytyy

Hotel review
The hotel was just perfect for me. Had a proper refrigerator. The light system was a bit of an game of chance - you never know when what lights get on or of. There was an recreation room and bed room, both had it's own tv. Hotelli oli oikein hyvä minulle. Siellä oli kunnon jääkaappi. Valaistusysteemi oli vähän arpapeliä - ei oikein koskaan tiennyt milloin mitkä valot meni päälle tai pois. Siellä oli olo- ja makuuhuone ja molemmissa oli oma tv.

Joao Miguel (sorry didn't catch his last name) who checked us in gave us a very good first impression of Lisbon and the whole hotel. He was courteous and insightful, he provided a city map, and gave us a detail summary of the city on where to visit, what part of town is old, new and where the landmarks were. he was very helpful. The apt style hotel was roomy and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was that it's sitting on top of a very high hill. The climb proved to be very tiring if you are not used to climbing hills. But that's not something any of the hotel staff could help with. Overall it was a positive experience.

Great Hotel & Good Location
This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.

The only thing that is suboptimal is parking being very tight. If you ever have to park on p4, good luck with going down the ramp from p3!

Great family suites!
This was the perfect place for our last couple of days in Lisbon with our toddler. The room setup was great, with a separate sitting area that we could spend time in after our toddler went to bed for the night. The room also included a kitchenette which was convenient. The nicest touch was that they also provided a real crib for our toddler, free of charge, and a little teddy bear for her. Overall, couldn't have asked for better.

Front desk staff was very friendly and addressed all minor issues I brought up as soon as he could. Bonus is that they allow us to check in early, which is a great convenience for us. We lived in a room that is facing the street, there's a little bit of noises when cars drove by (it's a cobble stone street). So perhaps the window could use some improvement for soundproof.
