Spread across 220sqM, the flat has a very spacious feel with high ceilings and stylishly decorated with 1830's frescoes.

The home features a very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed and a walk-in-wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed whilst the third bedroom features 2 bunk beds that accommodate 4 people.

The living room prioritises comfort with two sofas and an additional two armchairs and TV. The dinning area has a marble top dinning table for 8-10 people and design Wishbone chairs. The kitchen is big and all well equipped for you and your party to enjoy. The terrace is spacious and pleasant for end of the day drinks.

Please note that the property is located in the heart of Ericeira village, where you may experience some noise at night. There is also a bar located on the ground floor of the building. While the house is comfortable and well-insulated, we want to ensure you are aware of the potential for sounds from the bar and nearby cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area.
