A wonderful stay in a beautiful location
We had a beautiful, pretty much perfect stay at Chiado Arty Flats. The staff was very helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the daily breakfast simply wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, too.

Mahtava palvelu
Loistava sijainti, hotelli löytyi helposti, isot huoneet joissa hyvä keittiövarustus, henkilökunnan palvelu ensiluokkaista, huoneeseen tuotu aamupala oli todella hyvä ja riittoisa. Liikenteen melu ei kantautunut sisälle.

Very hard bed and slippery floors
The location is good and taxi from airport is about 30€. This is a kind of boutique hotel in cse you look the funny pieces of furniture. However the bed was extremely hard. The second downside was badly designed bathroom which meant wet floor always when showering. You could not kerp any towel on the floor normally because the door to bathroom will then either be closed or no one can use the toilet. So one of us fell quite badly. Otherwise all fine but the price / quality ratio was not good. They did not offer any breakfast. Perhaps it was available at extra price but no one mentioned about it.

Wonderful weekend stay in Lisbon. Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries. The communication with the hotel was great they were very helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transfers. We also loved the breakfast arrangement - each day our breakfast was brought to the room and included fruit cereal,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastries,yoghurt,toast coffee and juice.The breakfast ladies were also very friendly and helpful. All this alongside being in a fabulous location close to all amenities made for a wonderful stay.If we ever visit Lisbon again(which I’m sure we will) We would definitely book these apartments without hesitation. Great staff. The maid from India ordered us a Uber seeing taxi didn’t come and we paid her directly. Super nice of her to do this seeing we were on the way to airport. Little strange how they boarded up the entrance at night.

The apartment was fun, modern and quite spacious. The staff was very helpful, gave us good recommendations for dining. The location in central Lisbon. You can walk to many places of interest, just wear comfortable shoes to walk those cobblestone streets up and down!

Exceptional location and service. Fantastic property. Thomas, Paulo and Catarina do a fantastic job making you feel at home and taking care of you and any concerns and requests you have. The location is fantastic. In the heart of Chiado overlooking a beautiful square in front of the church of San Roque and walking distance from a beautiful miradouro / viewing point overlooking the city and steps from some amazing restaurants like Bairro de Avillez, Gunpowder and Carnal. The rooms are great. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and our kids slept on the double bed in the living room-kitchen. Breakfast was delicious with bacon and eggs, fresh pastel de natas and croissants, fruit, fruit juice and cereal - awesome spread! We are coming back!

We had a great stay here. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse with 5 of us and had plenty of room. There were actually 3 bathrooms (it says only 2). Staff was awesome. They brought breakfast into our room in the mornings. Love this hotel and would stay again.

Bij aankomst een fijn welkom, met alle vragen kan je terecht bij de receptie. Het appartement was voor drie personen ruim en van alles voorzien. Ook is alles goed op loopafstand en kan je vanuit het appartement alle kanten op. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, prima ontbijt op de kamer, een aanrader voor een paar dagen Lissabon!

Everything about this hotel was great, very clean, great breakfast, great location and great people. However, the family room furniture in the penthouse we stayed in is more artsy and not comfortable at all-almost useless.

We didnt spend much tome at the property, just one night before leaving Lisbon. We had the penthouse suite at the top and it was great - very clean, nice comforlrtable beds, very spacious and interesting decoration. We had to take an early flight the nwxt mor kng so they brought our breakfast up to the room and put it in the refrigerator for us so we could eat before leaving, which I really appreciated

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Lisbon. The guest services were exceptional. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Great breakfast was delivered each morning and rooms were cleaned daily. You could walk to all transportation services. Across the street from a beautiful park with outdoor dining, etc. Exceeded all our expectations!! There wasn't anything we didn't like. A great way to begin your morning and end your day.
