Bathed in natural light, the living area is a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the city. Enjoy a film on the flat-screen TV, read by the window, or simply take in the sweeping views of Lisbon’s rooftops and the Tagus River. The sofa unfolds into a comfortable bed, perfect for an extra guest.

- Bedroom
The bedroom features a plush king-size bed and direct access to a small balcony — the ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee with a view that stretches across the city and down to the river.

- Kitchen
Compact but fully equipped, the kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop, kettle, and filter coffee maker (please note coffee is not included). Whether you’re prepping breakfast or a simple dinner, you’ll find what you need.

- Bathroom
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Clean and functional for daily routines.

Good to Know

To ensure full transparency, here are a few things to be aware of before booking:

- The building has two elevators, although they are currently under maintenance. Access will need to be made via the stairs.

- Being an older building, the plumbing is dated — occasional odors from the bathroom may occur

- The apartment is located in a steep and hilly area - common in Graça - which may require more effort when walking

- During June, the area hosts the lively Santos Populares festivities, with outdoor music, food stands, and dancing in the streets. This is part of Lisbon’s culture — fun but noisy

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid delays, please provide us with your flight number and the expected time of arrival at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. This information is very important for coordinating our team and providing you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is crucial.

Graça is a historic neighbourhood perched on the highest of Lisbon’s seven hills. It’s a picturesque area, known for its stunning views, grand buildings, and one of the city’s most iconic viewpoints — recently renovated. Located near the famous São Jorge Castle, it’s a charming district full of character. Given its hilly streets, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

If you're flying into Lisbon Airport, there are several options to reach the apartment:

→ Metro
The journey takes around 35 to 40 minutes. The nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia, located about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

→ Car
If you’re renting a car, please note that there is no free parking in the area.
Taking a taxi or Uber is also an option, but for a faster and smoother arrival, you can book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an additional cost).

￫ The property is 'Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs an advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ Due to Lisbon being an old and historic city near the Tagus River, plumbing odors may be expected in older buildings. This circumstance is beyond our control and rarely occurs, but it is a possibility when the river tide changes.
￫ Construction works are underway on the building.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
