Siisti ja asiallinen hotelli
Hotelli oli kokonaisuudessaan ihan siisti ja asiallinen. Sijainti aavistuksen syrjäinen (kaukana julkisesta liikenteestä), mutta muuten ei valittamista. Pientä pintaremonttia voisi huoneisiin tehdä. Varustelu huoneessa oli kuitenkin hyvä ja sänky mukava.

Huonoa: Huoneen mukavuus
Hinta-laatusuhde ei täsmää, aamiainen ala-arvoinen
Perustasoinen hotelli, ei missään olosuhteissa 4 tähteä. Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella matkan päässä keskustasta. Julkisilla kulkuvälineillä pääsee hyvin liikkumaan, metro ja bussi kulkee suht läheltä. Huone perussiisti, kylpyhuone tarvitsisi face liftiä. Aamiainen täysin ala-arvoinen. Kuntosali tosi pieni vaikka hotellin tiedoissa sanotaan kuntosali, se on minisali, pari laitetta (juoksumatto, kuntopyörä ja 2 muuta) ei lainkaan irtopainoja. Lähellä on monta hyvää salia joita itse käytimme kertamaksulla. Uima-allas on enemmänkin poreallas -kokoa kuin uima-allaskokoa. HInta-laatusuhde ei mitenkään täsmää. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja avuliasta, siitä plussaa.

Turvallinen valinta
Perusvarma hotelli, avulias henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen. Siisti ja hiljainen. Sijainti hieman syrjässä, mutta kaksi metroasemaa lähistöllä.

The hotel decor is a bit tired. The carpet in the hallways reminds me of the 1970s. The free breakfast buffet was really good. But we ordered some food in the afternoon and it was not that good. The pool and rooftop patio was nice but I think for the price of the room, there are better options.

There were many things that went wrong over our short 24 hour stay which made this extremely disappointing especially for the price and the reputation of the Hilton. Our TV and fridge didn’t work, we had bought food for our plane the next day which all went bad because we couldn’t refrigerate it. We called down and someone came up to try to fix it but he was unable to, they apologized but didn’t seem to really care enough to make it right. We also called down to change our pillows and were told someone would come bring us pillows but they never did. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is also incredibly small, and the walls are paper thin so it felt like we were living with the neighbours’ kids. The AC also wasn’t cold enough, but it was fine because we opened the windows and luckily it was a cool night.

The parking lot is a nightmare with super tight corners/angles to manipulate, requiring backing up and going forward. Hardly easy after a day of driving in unfamiliar areas. Leaving was slightly easier than entering. However, the driveway is one lane. A staff person at the top has to signal with a red or green light whether it is safe to go. The staff person was distracted, whatever, and we waited and waited for a green light. Finally someone got out of the car and walked to the top to get this problem taken care of. Also the breakfast food was terrible. An array of food was offered. It was all bad. The room was fine, though it was very hard to use the television in my room. Very difficult to get it to turn on, and then very difficult to change channels. I eventually just turned it off. Soooo, the hotel was okay for the night we spent there, but definitely flawed.

Area was convenient to city center. Day staff was great and accomodating, but night staff was difficult to work with and consistently seemed annoyed when we made requests. Extra amenities seemed overpriced (breakfast, airport transfer, etc.)

Main lobby and dining area are very nice. Floor we were on needs a refresh as it is very dated but still clean. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but room was okay.

It was less than 10 mins from metro and other amenities. Staff was very friendly. My 9 year old daughter felt very safe.

A good experience on this hotel. The process for payment thru expedia was trouble free. The staff was not pushy and willing to help us. They even help me doing some currency exchange at current rates. Very happy! . Although the location was a bit far away from the city center it was far enough to remain peacefull.

The windows seemed broken. Air/wind was seeping in throughout the night. The sink was clogged and would fill up every time we turned the tap on. Staff had to charge to bring plates and cutlery to the room, so when we went to get them ourselves, we were left waiting as nobody was around to help

O pessoal é muito gentil. A localização é razoável. As acomodações precisam urgentemente de renovação. O banheiro foi projetado na década de 70, e não pode ter sido por um arquiteto.
