Hotelli oli siisti ja huoneesta löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja se oli oikein näppärä pieni huone kahdelle. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Äänieristys oli olematon ja viereisen huoneen kaikki äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Aamupala kattava ja maukas.

Nice stay at Ibis Lisboa
Had a really good week while staying at Ibis Lisboa José Malhoa. The location is a little outside the most populated center of Lisbon but within close distance to three metro stations. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Small annoyance with the cleaners knocking or reception calling about cleaning despite the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Also room keys stopped working several times during the week but it's an easy fix at the reception. Breakfast was available at extra charge and it was of good quality and open wonderfully long from 6:30 until 12 PM. Would stay again.

Worst Ever service Even we pay there 120 Euro for a night and there is no water in room around property no have amy shops so you must have to buy water from Reception Area.

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen. Mit Bus oder Metro muss man nur ein paar hundert Meter laufen. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Leider gab es keinen Safe oder Kühlschrank. Seife/Duschgel/Shampoo waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Der Fluglärm hat uns weniger gestört. Tagsüber hört man schon die Flugzeuge, aber da ist man ja eh viel unterwegs. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Es gab nicht so viel Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Außerdem gab es außer Tomaten kein anderes Gemüse.

The room served its purpose. We stayed one night before flying out of Lisbon. There were 3 of us with a lot of luggage so we were cramped. But we made it work and the breakfast was very good!

We weren’t expecting much from this as a one night cheap stay but the hotel was fantastic - kind and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, great breakfast. The little things impressed us a lot - like a case weighing scale in reception to save faffing at the airport, and screens at reception with flight times. Just nice thoughtful things that would be good to have in other places!

Hotel was clean and somewhat convenient. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are extremely small and the a/c didn't work. When we asked about the a/c we were told that was the reason the rooms were so affordable, because they don't have a/c.

Not a great location for exploring, the hotel was fine, close enough to the metro which is clean and safe. The room was uncomfortably cold-no way to turn on heat, no extra blanket. Staff were great.

A very friendly staff and the room was clean and quiet and suitable for my needs. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make my own tea, but tea was available at the bar in the lobby. Although the hotel was a little way from the main historic town, the metro link was nearby and easy to use. All in all, a great choice of hotel and I was very happy there.

On arrival, the reception were friendly, efficient and helpful and this continued throughout my 3 day stay. Only problem was the noise at times coming from the aircraft on the flightpath above the Hotel.

In the evening I checked in, I found there were no blanket in bed after a shower. I called the front desk, they send me a blanket soon after.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Don’t be fooled by its 2 star rating. It is far above any hotel at the same price point in the USA. Very clean & well kept, super friendly staff, very nice common areas. It is on the flight path of the airport but as the rooms are sound proof, was not an issue. The Metro station is a quick 10min walk from front doors through a nature area pathway behind hotel. Since the walkways are small stone tiles, navigating with roller luggage could be a little challenging but worth it. We were there for 2 nights with packs so had not issues. The breakfast on site is excellent and well worth the extra 9E per person. Having a 24hr kitchen is definitely a bonus and ability to grab a glass of wine or beer at the bar is an additional plus …after purchasing a bottle of there featured wine on our last night for 15E (high for local Portuguese standards) we were sold. We so loved this place and encouraged others to give it a try. Will stay here again. ♥️

Lamentamos que a prestação de serviço não tenha estado à altura das suas expectativas, pelo facto queira aceitar as nossas sinceras desculpas.Infelizmente o nosso ar condicionado é um sistema geral para todo o hotel permitindo só estar ligado para o ar frio, ar quente ou desligado. Os quartos podem regular a intensidade com que sai o ar mas não a temperatura do mesmo, pois a temperatura é definida para o hotel inteiro. Atenciosamente

Very convenient to metro. Breakfast was very plentiful,delicious,wide variety, great staff and very affordable! Meal in bar was very tasty! Some staff at reception very helpful! Very clean and comfortable beds!
