The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and garage and is equipped with air conditioning.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable single sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, and access to the balcony.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rack.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

It is characterized by its busy square, surrounded by beautiful and modern buildings. In the center of the square, there is a monument to the Duke of Saldanha that was inaugurated in 1909, in honor of the ones for their services to the motherland and freedom.
Surrounded by opportunities and experiences, whether they are tasting typical Portuguese food, shopping in rich and diverse places or even drinking coffee at the monumental Versailles, is the ideal option to enjoy Lisbon in its entirety.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

→ Metro
The most accessible is the metro with a trip of about 20 minutes - with the Saldanha station only 290 meters away.

￫ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
