Nice but no A/C
Really nice home but there is only a portable A/C unit. There is no outside vent on the portable unit so it was useless. The house holds heat with little cross ventilation if bedroom doors are closed. We had to open the sliding doors. No screens so I got a lot of mosquito bites. We loved the location and very private.

Entspannung pur!
Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Villa mit phantastischem Meerblick. Alle Formalitäten reibungslos. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und umfassend. WLAN und elektrische Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Ort ist fussläufig in ca. 20 min erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist für Einkäufe etc. notwendig. Insgesamt gerne wieder!

Great stay in this villa
Second time we went to this holiday villa. And the fact we have choosen this villa again should tell enough on how we enjoyed our stay at this house. The view from the house with sunset is great. And the heated Pool is realy nice at this time of year.

sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik
sehr schönes Haus, sehr gute Küchengeräte, Möbel im Außenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Musikanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Auf Nachfragen bzgl einzelner Details sofortige Reaktion des Vermieters und des Verwalters, ebenso problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Im Nachbargrundstück gibt es Ziegen, Gänse und einen Hahn.

La propriété est jolie mais quelques détails dans l’annonce ne sont pas sur place, pas de quad à la rigueur ce n’est pas gênant. La photo du barbecue non contractuel, mobilier de jardin ne sont pas les mêmes et pas de climatisation à part un mobile dans une chambre. Mis à part cela belle maison et très agréable village, on se sent bien et très belle vue sur l’océan.

Prachtige locatie
De woning heeft een luxe uitstraling en afwerking. De bedden zijn goed en we hebben er prima geslapen. Het verwarmde zwembad is een groot pluspunt. Vooral het uitzicht op de ondergaande zon is geweldig. Vanuit de villa is het een leuke wandeling van15 min lopen naar het strandje "Praia da Area Branca" Hier is ook een leuk standtentje waar je heerlijk kunt eten. We kunnen de villa zeker aanbevelen.

Superbe maison, cependant il est très dommage qu’à ce prix là le mobilier soit autant abimés voir cassé par les autres voyageurs et que cela n’est pas été réparer, en dehors de ça maison très fonctionnelle. Chouette séjour.

Grundsätzlich gut, aber
Lage perfekt, tolle Ausstattung, Übergabe sehr flexibel, bei Rückgabe kam die Meldung wir müssen um 10 Uhr raus, leider kam niemand zu diesem Zeitpunkt, wir haben dann nachdem wir bis kurz nach halb elf nicht gehört haben, den Schlüssel im Briefkasten deponiert und den Ansprechpartner vor Ort entsprechend informiert.

Traumhaus vom Feinsten
Die Lage ist hervorragend, Garage und Parkplatz direkt im/vorm Haus, Netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang durch Anna, Im ca. 5 km entfernten Lourinha gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, eine Klimaanlage hatten wir jetzt am Haus keine gefunden, nur ein tragbares Monogerät, aber es war trotz Hochsommer täglich kühl dort, Alle 11 Tage mussten wir uns abends eine Strickjacke draussen anziehen, im ca. 62km entfernten Lissabon waren die Temperaturen stets 7-9 Grad höher und hier am Meer war es täglich diesig. Auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, beheizt und sehr schön. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen !!! Ein Tipp an den Eigentümer: Insektenschutz an den Fenstern wäre bei dem hohen Aufkommen von Mücken sehr sinnvoll ! Jeder von uns hatte mehr als 20 Stiche und das vorhandene Gift wollten wir nicht im Hause versprühen. Es ist eine hervorragende Traumvilla !!!

Genauso, wie beschrieben. Einzigartig und hervorragend. Top Aussicht.
Sehr sauber, sehr nah am Meer. Man kann das rauschen noch hören. Ruhiger, leicht abgelegener Ort. Unglaublich gutes Musiksystem. Atemberaubender Blick vom Pool aus auf das Meer und der nutzbare Tennisplatz rundet das ganze dann auch noch ab. Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung in allen Zimmern und mehr als genug Platz in allen Räumen.

Jolie maison, piscine super (malheureusement trop froide vue la météo mais ça... c’est la faute a pas de chance !;)), équipement sono top, accueil souriant. La vue est très jolie et la maison conviviale. Je recommande si vous cherchez la tranquillité :)

Schöner Urlaub
Urlaub war super, Haus sehr schön, jedoch auch sehr hellhörig. Das einzige Problem waren die Hunde die uns manche Nacht fast zur Verzweiflung brachten. Daher vergebe ich auch nur 4 Punkte.

The property is nice except for there being no linens for the beds. There were comforters but no sheets. Just a fitted sheet. That would’ve been fine except the pillows had someone’s mascara stains on them. Also, the house had poor circulation and leaving the windows open resulted in bugs invading and biting all night. The pool was nice, though. The surrounding area is a bit of an odd mixture of rural, farms and modern houses.

Fabulous villa overlooking the sea
This is a beautiful modern sleekly styled villa with great views and a fabulous kitchen. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the sheets were a bit rough. Bathrooms were tastefully done and large and the master has a great view of the sea. The kitchen had everything you could want, including a built-in coffee maker. We traveled with another couple, all of us enjoy cooking, and we lacked nothing except some spices. But there are enough nice places to eat out, you'd never have to cook. The pool and the deck are well maintained though the weather was too cool for swimming in mid-May. There's a couple of nice grocery stores about 4 K away and the beach is closer. This really is a great place for several couples, isolated enough to give you a sense of privacy, but lose enough that you don't feel cut-off. As other reviewers mentioned, there's a couple of roosters and two dogs who seem to compete with each other in the next-door agricultural plot, but they really didn't bother us. Would go back in a heartbeat, although Nazare is also a place I'd consider for a return.

Fantastic View of Infinity Pool , Ocean and Sunsets.
We really enjoyed our HomeAway with our family.... very spacious & modern . Dina the property manager was very good, providing us with a food package on our arrival and setting up a fishing charter for my son and grandchildren. The pool was a little cool ,we would have enjoyed it more if it had been a little warmer...but it did not stop us from enjoying it. It does not have central air , something to consider if you're renting in the summer… Portugal is absolutely beautiful and the people are so kind & friendly. Ended our experience with a river cruise on the Duro , starting in Porto...so much more to see in Portugal, looking forward to exploring more someday .

großzügige Neubauvilla mit großem Infinity-Pool, designorientiert gebaut und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr freundlich/problemlos gemanagt, Garage (mit fernbedienng) knapp ausreichend, super Sound System, mehrere Terrassen mit unterschiedlichen Schatten/windgeschützen Sitzsituationen, ausreichend Außenmöbel, Tennilger für Tennisplatz vorhanden...

Super Villa
This is a wonderful house. Is as nice as the pictures show. We enjoyed our stay, by playing tennis, Barbecue, pool and so on. Also the beaches are a dream attainable in 10 minutes by car. The only bad point were the Dogs which barked during the night.

Nice house with a wonderful view. The decor is lovely and the surroundings are fantastic. We would surely rent the house again if we had not had the following experiences. Too bad that neighbors (to the north) are building an enormous new house and drove many tons of soil to their ground. This resulted in a large amount of dust and soil, directly into our terresse and in the pool. In addition, a lot of dust indoors. The dust outside was removed the following day, but kept coming back rest of the week. Furthermore, we have to pay for a broken chair, which we have not destroyed. It is not about the money, but the principe. We are honest people, and would have told if we had damaged something.

Sehr schönes, modernes und gepflegtes Haus mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Fotos geben einen sehr guten Eindruck des Domizils. Zimmer alle großzügig und mit eigenem Bad. Das Meer erreicht man auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten die Strände sind wunderschön und im September fast leer. Vorteil für Familien, der Pool hat ein extra Kinderbecken mit einer geringeren Wassertiefe! In jeglicher Hinsicht empfehlenswert!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in toller Villa
Die Villa Alynes ist ein hervorragendes Urlaubsobjekt, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren total begeistert. Es war so hervorragend, wie es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Villa ist in unter einer Stunde vom Flughafen Lissabon aus zu erreichen. Sie ist sehr großzügig, modern und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig (es gibt in allen Räumen ein Sonos-System), es gibt SmartTVs, alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, das Hauptschlafzimmer hat sogar ein Jacuzzi, die Küche ist ebenfalls mehr als umfangreich und modern ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Dampfgarer, Induktionskochfelder). Der Infinitypool hat uns jeden Tag Freude bereitet, denn der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den beleuchteten und beheizten Pool ist toll, noch schöner ist der direkte Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Lage in Areia Branca/Lourinha ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Gegend ist schön grün und gut bewachsen. Der nahe liegende Strand ist sehr groß und nicht überlaufen. Darüber hinaus sind interessante Ausflugsziele nicht weit entfernt. Auch Essen gehen, Einkaufen etc. ist absolut problemlos in Lourinha möglich. Wir würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen.
