3 bedrooms apartment, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room/dining area, free WIFI, great terrace with BBQ area, and a beautiful sea view. Is located only 7 minutes walking distance from the beach, and 15 minutes from the village center! Capacity for 6 people. For the little ones, a baby travel cot, bed linen, and high chair will be provided.

Ideal for couples with children, provides everything that a holiday home could need. 2 of the bedrooms have a desk for those who are on a "workations" (a mix of vacations and work) or have a remote job. There is one double bedroom, with access to the great terrace, and two bedrooms with two single beds and access to a balcony. One bathroom with shower and one complete bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, the space is perfect for barbequing with family, friends, having breakfast, or simply sitting back and enjoying the sunset or one of Ericeira’s peaceful evenings. Spacious living room with dining area, free WIFI, TV, and fireplace for the winter time. All the areas benefit from natural light.
It is located in a quiet and friendly condominium, which makes it very cozy and peaceful to enjoy with your family or friends. There is no elevator, but do not worry, stairs are easy to climb. Free parking places inside of the condominium or outside in free street places.

The Municipal Tourist Tax has a unit value of €2.20 in the high season and €1.10 in the low season.
High Season: May 1st to October 31st
Low Season: November 1st to April 30th.

Tax is applied per night and per guest from 13 years old, to a limit of 7 nights.
