The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to handle everything from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked meals. You’ll find an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A dining table seating four makes it easy to enjoy meals together in comfort.

• Comfortable Bedrooms

The apartment has two well-appointed bedrooms, both designed for restful nights.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, air conditioning, a socket near the bed, and plenty of natural light.
The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, along with air conditioning and a wardrobe, making it flexible for couples, friends, or family stays.

The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a raised shower area. It’s a clean, stylish space to refresh after a day out exploring the city.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
