”We had booked this property in 2020 and were so disappointed when we had to cancel due to Covid. When replanning for 2024 we were thrilled to find out we could secure this place again and it did not disappoint. The apartment easily housed our party of two couples and the views from the terrace are amazing....had coffee and wine there daily. Graca is a wonderful neighborhood and we were comfortable exploring it and the rest of Lisbon during our 5 day stay.....mostly by foot....both down, then...

”Die Altstadtwohnung im Herzen Graça ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht in der nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt "minipreço" 3 gehminuten entfernt und ein Beckereigeschäft vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mir Herr Dias war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Freuntliche Grüsse”

”Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Wohnzimmer liegt direkt an einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Nur die Außendusche ist veraltet und konnte daher nicht genutzt werden. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts ein großes Problem mit Motten, wovon es mit der Zeit auch immer mehr gab, ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.”

Dans celui-ci, tout est confortable (la porte d’entrée est un peu dure à ouvrir) et le quartier est calme.”

”Quiet area, free parking around, close to public transport. Everything you need inside. Small issues with ant infestation and smell in the house - probably because of the old furniture.”

”Maison joliment décorée proche de Belem. Par contre, il faut savoir que l'une des chambres du RDC est une pièce noire sans fenêtre. À l'étage, le salon et la chambre sont très sombres et sous les toits. La chaleur était étouffante, mais heureusement, il y avait des ventilateurs. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons dû patienter une après midi entière pour que le plombier vienne réparer le problème. Sur 3 jours de séjour, c'est dommage. Enfin, le problème principal...
