”Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.”

”Clean, perfect location for our needs!”

”This was a perfect rustic place for me and my dog to stay while exploring the White Mountains, and there was a beautiful easy hike less than 10 minutes away! Plus there are restaurants and stores for whatever's needed. The rear deck overlooking the stream was really lovely, and the cabin was spacious.”

”Very comfortable for humans and dogs slike!”

”Peaceful getaway location”

”What an amazing view!”

”Very happy with our stay. It was clean, private and true to the pics. I highly recommend!!!”

”The property was fantastic - everything was exactly as it was stated in the listing/pictures! The hot tub was perfect, and the property is comfortably secluded without making you feel isolated. I’m already looking forward to returning in the near future!”

”We had a great weekend experience here! The house was clean and warm, and there was more than enough space for a large group. We especially loved the fire pit and the karaoke machine. I would absolutely come back again.”

”The house was so clean and comfortable! The privacy was wonderful, too. We heard an owl every evening and every morning. The little store down the road was very convenient and their homemade food was delicious. We will be coming back for another peaceful getaway.”

”Thank you for a wonderful experience”

”Host was very welcoming and cared about my needs!”

”Lori's home is always a wonderful experience and we look forward to booking with her again. ”

”We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.”

”Decent place. Looks a bit bigger on the listing than it actually is, but it worked. There was quite a bit of moisture and smell from the unvented dryer in the basement but cleared with some fresh air. The forced hot air heat makes a banging noise every time it cycles off so in the middle of the night, that can be annoying. The security cable wrapped around the wood stove to keep it from being used is a bit “in your face” in my opinion. Otherwise, not super fancy or bare bones. Good enough.”

”We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans we needed, which made it easy to cook dinner while catching up with family. The large dining room table was perfect for everyone to gather around. The deck was one of our favorite spots. The black chairs warmed up in the sun, making it so cozy to sit outside in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.Another plus was that every bedroom had its own...

”We had a wonderful stay overall the stay was good very spacious for our family. The deck cushions need to be cleaned we were not able to sit out there at all. Also the basement to do laundry the dryer needs to be vented outside and there a lot of dead mice.”

”Great stay. Roomy. Nice location.”

”Very clean and well thought out. Beautiful view.”
