”I stayed at the hotel a year ago with 3 friends and loved it so much I booked it for myself, my husband, my daughter and my three adult grandchildren a year later and we all loved the hotel. It may be the best all around hotel we have ever stayed in!”
”This hotel is truly a gem. We stayed a couple of nights in another five star hotel and quickly discovered after our arrival that Sublime Lisboa was on a whole different level.
The service is spectacular, every detail is well thought of, the room was beautiful and spacious and the Davvero restaurant is fantastic.

Our rooms were upgraded to connecting rooms on our request and the front desk manager was just too kind and amazing he got us what we requested for on no extra cost. Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Only one thing we did not like was the Breakfast which costs £28 per person and not up to the standard, on the day of our flight we had the chance to have it at the hotel and they messed our order, however after composting to the staff we were...

SPA ja uima-allas plussaa superhelteellä. Huone tilava ja hyvin varusteltu joskin kaipaisi lattiaremonttia (kokolattiamatot pois ja parkettia tai laattaa tilalle)

”Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with amazing extras like free water bottles and high quality shower things. The location was great, there were shops, restaurants and markets on a walking distance metro was right outside of the hotel. Good sound proof walls (didn't hear a thing from hallway / other rooms) and surroundings felt safe coming from a solo woman traveler. Overall a very pleasant experience!”

”For the price of the stay, the guest house itself was fine. Walls were thin so earplugs for sleeping were a must, at first I was taken aback that my room didn't have a window, and the building is old, so even before my stay I was fully aware I didn't reserve a luxury room at a fancy hotel. However - what made me leave a 5 star review on all aspects was the hospitality and professionalism of the lovely staff, and everything that came with it.
The guest house's shared spaces were kept VERY clean....

Hotel is in a beautiful old building. Hotel owner Nuno was great and gave us many useful tips. Location of the hotel is very good. You can come here straight from the airport with one metro. And then it is easy to move around the city with metro stop right next to the hotel. Hotel was very clean.
Only minus points were moisture in room and bathroom because of inadequate ventilation and soundproofing could be better.
Overall I would highly recommend...
"The service at the front desk was good. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and the overall atmosphere felt stuffy. The fitness room is outdated and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly."
