Welcome to your "Königshafen" apartment. This apartment for two people is located on the top floor of the Itüüs apartment building and features a bedroom with a double bed, a living and dining room with an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and heated floors. The apartment building is situated directly adjacent to the nature reserve, very close to List’s East Beach, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The short distances to List Harbor or Königshafen—with hiking and biking trails and an incredible view across the Sylt Elbow bay area all the way to Denmark—offer a wonderful opportunity for those seeking relaxation. The apartment building has its own 5.2 kW/h photovoltaic system and feeds the generated electricity directly into the building, so that “green” electricity produced on-site is consumed during the day in an environmentally friendly manner and without CO₂ emissions; furthermore, the building’s hot water supply is supplemented by an 8-square-meter solar domestic hot water system; here, too, the ecological footprint for guests—and thus for the environment—is significantly reduced, which is an important consideration today, even on vacation.

Garden furniture and beach chairs are available to you in a wind-protected, sunken garden area, subject to seasonal availability.
Barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not permitted.

The “Itüüs Königshafen” vacation rental was certified as a “Sustainable Vacation Rental” in December 2021 by Klimapatenschaft Tourismus GmbH, Elmshorn. The certification is based on the greenhouse gas emissions released by the vacation rental, which were converted into equivalents using the Global Warming Potential as defined by the IPCC and confirm that the vacation rental has a low climate impact.
